alabus process share

The new version 4.2 of alabus process share is released with the new version of alabus CRM. Apart from the usula small improvements and corrections the framework now supports the swapping of metamodel objects. This functionality helps to swap all interface elements (e.g. views, panels, filters, functions, etc.) if this is necessary in the same solution for different roles and organisation units.

Further (technical) highlights are the replacement of older components, as well as the upgrade to Hibernate 4.x. in the data management layer.

Business view: the new alabus CRM solution contains additional functionality in the project- and service management to support and ensure an active project- and ressource planning. The web interface of the incident management becomes more comprehensive to allow improved customer transparency in the problem management and project implementation areas.
