alabus IBS Release 7.15.0 brings over 70 new and improved features and streamlined processes for insurance brokers.

Major new features include the following:

- Pool contracts including automatic certificate creation and renewal process.

- Administration of the customer portal as self-service

- Short absences handling via the customer portal including handling of the KTG messages to the insurer

- Additional SUNET messages to further insurers, so that currently 8 insurances are supported

- Index-based premium details, so that cantonal differences are taken into account during renewal

- Further optimization of automatic processing of paper documents

- Support of the ISO 20022 standard

- Deposit of vehicle pool and employee lists for easier handling in claim cases
