Since 2010, the Congressi Stefano Franscini (CSF) supports the congress management with alabus event. In the course of necessary adaptations and digitalization efforts, all processes from tendering and approval to detailed planning and billing underwent a fundamental redesign and were migrated and adapted to a new version of alabus event in 6 months.

While 10 years ago the approval and planning management was done almost exclusively via paper and email, the new platform now supports a fully digital process in an international environment.
