1418 Coach

Besides the processes of the Cantonal Sports Office the alabus association administration and internet platform now supports the project "1418 Coach". 

The search and retention of voluntary sport coaches is a high priority of (sports) associations. The Sports Office of the Canton of Zurich therefore started the project 1418coach. With 1418coach 14- to 18-year olds are brought up to their first leadership tasks, and take over responsibility within the sports association. 1418coach is an preparation and complement to the existing J+S training that can commence at 18 or later.  

In order to keep the necessary administrative and financial processes as lean as possible the existing alabus association platform solution was extended with the required functions and process support.
