Dear customer, If you can not login to the alabus RichClient, please check the Java version that is installed on your computer. Today the automatic update to Java 9 was released. alabus process share supports the new major Java version 9 but you need to update your project solution to the latest version. Feel free to contact us about the next steps. In the meantime, you must use Java 8 or less.

We know some issues under Windows 10 since version 1703 (OS build 15063.413) about freezes of the RichClient application. This problem rarely occurs, should be resolved by Microsoft in the near future and we recommend the following workaround: After changing the client size or minimizing/maximizing you can continue working normally. Further information about Windows 10 update versions can be found at Microsoft.
